I've made significant changes to the codebase to enable users to simulate hypothetical rating changes in the leaderboard application. Here’s a detailed description of the updates: * Add a new endpoint in `api/routers/contest_records.py` to handle hypothetical entries and calculate rating change based on user input. * Update the `predicted_rating` function in `api/routers/contest_records.py` to support hypothetical scenarios by accepting additional parameters for hypothetical entries. * Add `HypotheticalEntryForm` and `HypotheticalResult` components in `client/src/pages/Predicted/PredictedRecords.jsx` and `client/src/pages/Predicted/PredictedContests.jsx` to allow users to input hypothetical entries and view the calculated rating change.
