Problem
PRs stevearc#721 and stevearc#735 were unreviewed in the upstream tracker.
Solution
Mark both as not actionable after review. stevearc#721 (
create_hook) uses a plugin-specific config hook where an autocmd event is the more idiomatic Neovim solution. stevearc#735 (gXpicker) has a hardcoded Linux-only program list with no config surface; author acknowledges it's incomplete.
