Continue implementing SPEC-9 (Multi-Project Bidirectional Sync Architecture) phases beyond Phase 1-2 which were completed in PR #322.

Important: The issue references "SPEC-9" and "SPEC-8" which don't exist in the repository. The actual specification is SPEC-6: Explicit Project Parameter Architecture. Additionally, PR #322 doesn't exist (the latest PR is #320).

This phase targets the basic-memory-cloud repository (separate codebase):

Status: Cannot be completed in this repository. Requires work in basicmachines-co/basic-memory-cloud.

📋 Phase 3: Cross-Client Compatibility Testing - PENDING

Testing and validation phase across all clients:

• Claude Desktop, Code, Mobile iOS
• API clients and CLI tools
• Session independence verification
• Performance and scaling validation

Status: Core functionality complete, ready for comprehensive testing.

Recommendations

1. Update Issue Description: The issue should reference SPEC-6 (not SPEC-9/SPEC-8) and acknowledge that Phase 1 and 1.5 are complete.

2. SPEC-6 Document Update: The specification document should be updated to reflect that Phases 1 and 1.5 are complete with checkmarks in the "Status" section.
