After a specified time 1, UoW's in either FailedJobs or AnalysedFiles are moved to a SoftDelete/FailedJobs or SoftDelete/AnalysedFiles directory. After specified time 2, UoW's are deleted from SoftDelete/FailedJobs or SoftDelete/AnalysedFiles.
