chore(codeowners): reassigned ownership to core team [skip ci]

Replaced the individual code owner (@karlspace) with the
bauer-group/core team so review ownership stays at team level
and no longer depends on a single personal account.

Enforcement requires the core team to have write access to this
repository (granted separately).
