sync not working

Synchronization doesn't work, maybe I didn't specify something in the config?

connects in both directions but does not transfer anything to the netbox

It does not do anything because you ran it with the dry-run argument -n
Run it without this argument to actually let it sync

problem solved, turned on DEBUG3 and realized that there are not enough rights to vSphere
