All other DeploymentConfigs in the BC Reg Agent namespaces have already been migrated to Deployments. The templates have all been updated (and tested during the dev and test migrations), we just did not complete the prod migration; von-bc-registries-agent-configurations/openshift/templates/

We have approval for the DeploymentConfigs to Deployments migration only.
