The Python backend has already been fully migrated from Poetry to UV package manager and from Prospector to Ruff linter. This PR verifies and documents the completed migration.

All components have been migrated:

• Package Management: pyproject.toml uses UV format with [dependency-groups], uv.lock present
• Linting: Ruff configured in pyproject.toml with [tool.ruff] section
• Docker: Dockerfile installs and uses UV
• Scripts: start-local.sh, run-unit-tests.sh use uv sync and uv run commands
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions workflows use UV for dependency management and testing
• Documentation: README.md lists "UV Package Manager" as a feature

No Poetry or Prospector remnants remain in the codebase.

Thanks @conbrad. Unfortunately the non-agnostic lockfiles sound like a deal breaker. Rather than using their workarounds, how about waiting until this is solved?</comment_new>
