Hi! I recently came across your FastAPI boilerplate project and found the structure really interesting.

I'm currently exploring different ways developers structure FastAPI backends because I'm building a lightweight SaaS backend starter called AsyncKeel.

From your experience building this boilerplate, what part of starting a new FastAPI backend usually takes the most effort?

Auth setup? project structure? something else?
