Disregard, was an nginx proxy configuration issue. Using caddy instead fixed this.
Server is up, appears to be running fine. Able to log in and add hosts.
When I add a new host (test.dyn.mydomain.com) I get the following error:
Error: code=400, message=Syntax error: offset=1, error=invalid character 'h' looking for beginning of value, internal=invalid character 'h' looking for beginning of value
