Plugins support?

Hi, thanks for this project!

I am maintaining wemake-python-styleguide which is a rather big plugin for flake8.
And I am researching codeclimate integration: wemake-services/wemake-python-styleguide#634

So, my question is it possible to reuse this library somehow for other flake8 based project? Do you have any ideas how this can be achieved?

Howdy! My suspicion - after only 1 cup of coffee - is that this could be done, but not out of the box.

The main issue is that the different error codes you have defined aren't supported. The two solutions I can think of for this are (i) forking this project to be specific to wemake-python-styleguide and (ii) making the error code/class map configurable (e.g. by a simple external configuration file).

I like the second solution, because this obviously makes life easier: for example if our user wants one more plugin (like flake8-django or flake8-pytest) - it can be easily added.
