Only MSVS 2013 is supported

It seems that WinampVoiceControl is compatible only with Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 since I was unable to build on my MSVS 2010.
Wouldn't it be great to build under MSVS 2010 also since it seems to be the most widespread version?

not only msvs2013, but also msvs2012 is supported as i am codding on it.

i don't use versions below than 2012, and don't have a chance to test what is wrong.

please run this project in msvs2010, press on build, and send errors here.

When I try to run the sln file under MSVS 2010, it just says that the project is incompatible. So unable to build.
