Normalize || separators in composer.json. Align workflow testbench constraint with Laravel 13 (11.*). Debugbar facade runtime resolution is handled separately in PR #118. Made-with: Cursor
Laravel 8/9 are blocked by Composer security advisories. Remove them and PHP 8.0 from the CI matrix. Rename test methods to use test_ prefix so PHPUnit 12 can discover them (it dropped @test annotation support).
