Wishlist features from CuBIDS

We have a number of open issues requesting features in CuBIDS that would be better implemented in bids-utils. I believe at least some of these features are already implemented in bids-utils (e.g., applying and unapplying the inheritance principle) or tracked by other issues (anonymizing datetimes), but I figured it would be helpful to just link everything.
