The repository and related paper mention critical tools, IRT and DNeuralCDM, that are necessary for reproducing the key results and running the code base. As of March 2026, these tools are referenced in the README and code but have not been uploaded to the repository. Without these components, it is not possible to fully utilize the simulation or reproduce the computational experiments.
Could you please upload the IRT and DNeuralCDM tools and any related instructions or data for their use?
