Standardizing prior behaviour outside the support

Whilst reviewing #886, we identified several places where the behaviour of priors outside their support is inconsistent.

For example, the CDF for SymmetricLogUniform is not 0.5 between (-1, 1). We should work on standardizing these.

This issue is to track these issues.
