Claude Code ACP Agent constantly shows "Internal error"

The built-in "Claude Code" ACP Agent in Netcatty SSH constantly shows "Internal error" and becomes unresponsive when trying to chat.

Issue Details

When selecting "Claude Code" from the Agent dropdown, every chat message triggers "Internal error" repeatedly. The Agent becomes completely unresponsive after the first error.

Environment:

• Netcatty Version: 1.1.11
• OS: Windows 11
• Agent: Claude Code (via ACP/Agent Client Protocol)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Netcatty SSH
2. Select "Claude Code" from the Agent dropdown
3. Try to send any message
4. Result: "Internal error" appears and Agent stops working

Additional Info

• Issue occurs consistently
• Restarting Netcatty doesn't help
• Other Agents like "Catty Agent" (built-in) works fine
• Only Claude Code ACP Agent has this problem
• Windows task manager shows multiple stuck ACP node.exe processes
