Problem / pain point
Netcatty is an excellent networking tool, but it is currently unavailable on iOS and iPadOS.
Many developers, DevOps engineers, system administrators, and networking professionals use iPhones and iPads as part of their daily workflow. While there are alternative networking apps available, Netcatty's interface and feature set would make it a great addition to the Apple ecosystem.
Proposed solution
For iPad, it would be great to support features such as:
Split View and Stage Manager
External keyboard support
Multiple windows or sessions
An interface optimized for larger screens
For both iPhone and iPad, the app could include the core Netcatty functionality available on desktop while following Apple's design guidelines.
Why This Would Be Valuable
Allows developers and system administrators to troubleshoot networks from anywhere.
Makes the iPad a more capable portable networking workstation.
Brings Netcatty to a much larger audience of Apple users.
Provides a consistent experience across desktop and mobile devices.
I would definitely use and recommend a native iOS/iPadOS version. Having Netcatty available on Apple devices would make an already excellent tool even more useful for professionals who work on the go.
Alternatives considered
I am using Termius but first think it ask is login which i dont like it
Related area
SSH / terminal
