Usability improvements

There are several issues that need to be fixed for this to be usable publicly:

• Clean up the README
• Come up with a hello-world script that shows the benefits of hs and runs somewhat fast (Add to README)
• Installation simplification (maybe even pip)
• Clean up directory structure
• Clean up arguments and default values and add usage help information

@SleepyMug @gliargovas @ezrizhu I assigned you but that doesn't mean that you should solve everything, it would be good to spend some time to clean all these things up though. You should also add other TODOs that are important for the project here!
