🧠 Evaluate translation activity of Faroese, Lithuanian, Vietnamese & Croatian (and 🗑️ remove inactive languages)

Some of the following languages have been scheduled for removal (#1914) in March 2025 because of missing translation activity. Since then minimal activity was registered and translators raised their hand.

🗑️ Before release evaluate the activity and decide again about removal.

• Faroese (April 2025: 29%)
• Croatian (April 2025: 40%)
• Lithuanian (2025-04-10: 33%)
• Vietnamese (2025-04-15: 49%)

This issue is a follow-up from

EDIT (2025-07-28):
Further candidates may be considered 🧠 for removal: Esperanto (51%), Slovenian (48%), Russian (49%) and Romanian (49%).

Just do document the progress at June 11th 2025. But keep in mind that some source strings where modified since this issue opened.
