Kyoto: Follow Up

After merge of #315 dont want to lose track of possible updates to follow up with.

• Pull to Refresh... remove?
• TipKit... add?

• app backgrounded and comes back to foreground the network icon is still gray (not reconnecting, need to add something in the client to watch for this and reconnect) c692929

closing this for now, implemented a bunch of it, the only 2 things left were tipkit and pull to refresh. I might circle back around on those later, but at least for the tipkit thing I added some extra text during syncing that is helpful, and then for pull to refresh I want to still think on that.
