It didn't have a `CHANGELOG` file, as of `v0.12.2` we should now keep track of the changes and it on the `CHANGELOG` file as we already do on other projects.

It bumps the version to
0.12.2and also introduces the missingCHANGELOGfile, as of this release we should keep track of the changes and update it on theCHANGELOGfile.
