webcal subscription passes URL of first webcal collection to ICSx5

Steps to reproduce

1. share 2 webcal collections on radicale
2. use DAVx5 to subscribe to both of them
3. observe that the URL of only the first webcal URL is passed to ICSx5 when hitting "subscribe" in DAVx5

Actual result

This is with davx5 4.5.3 on lineageOS. when subscribing to a webcal served as one of multiple webcals (via radicale), for each webcal collection, the URL of the first webcal is passed to ICSx5. This means no more than one webcal can be used for the automated import.

Expected result

the URL contained in the collection item that is being subscribed to, should be passed.

Can confirm this with Nextcloud: Have created 2 Webcals for test account on test Nextcloud and both "Subscribe" buttons want to subscribe the same URL.

I have seen that you created an icsx5 PR. So is this an ICSx5 issue?

Technically there should not be any issue in the current ICSx⁵ version. However, during Nav3 migration we broke this functionality; the PR fixes the latter issue.

Whatever the case, if there's actually an issue in the current version, it will be fixed on the next version of ICSx⁵. I've done some tests, and #668 is working fine.

I have tried DAVx5/main-ose and ICSx5 from Google Play and I had the problem.

Does DAVx5 pass the wrong URL, or is the problem on ICSx5 side? (To know in which repo the issue should be)

Should be fixed with #668 which will be included in the next release. Reopen if necessary after updating to 2.3.2
