Run instrumented tests on different API levels

Since the Android contacts and calendar provider behavior changes in some API levels, we should test the most important ones:

- minimum supported API level (currently Android 7)
- latest available API level
- API levels with important changes (like Android 11/12 where calendar provider behavior changes)
