[Contacts rewrite] Provide group membership and unknown property functionality in synctools

So that no (or as little as possible) custom builders/builders are needed in DAVx5.

LocalContact then doesn't need to extend AndroidContact anymore, but can decorate it.

• Support group memberships and cached group memberships in synctools
• Support unknown properties in synctools
