Add Google i18n / Chromium address data to postal code format analysis

Fifth source added alongside Wikipedia, GeoNames, and OpenStreetMap.
Data sourced from chromium-i18n.appspot.com/ssl-address API for all 34
countries. Key findings: Google confirms our space-optional patterns
for EL/SE, validates MT variable digit count, provides explicit
postprefix metadata for 8 countries, and has a Serbia anomaly (5-6
digit allowance contradicted by all other sources).
