When advanced env vars are edited while the dialog is open with an available runtime, EnvVarsEditor emits on every keystroke and envVars is part of the discovery key, so this call launches a new discover_agent_models subprocess for each character typed. The request-id guard only ignores stale responses; it does not cancel the child processes, so typing an API key can start many overlapping model-discovery agents with partial credentials. Debounce env changes or trigger discovery on demand before invoking the subprocess.

When an imported .persona.md or pack uses avatar: blob:... or avatar: ipfs://..., this allowlist treats the ref as safe and the create/import paths persist it as avatarUrl. I checked ProfileAvatar/rewriteRelayUrl and repo-wide rg "ipfs"; there is no resolver or protocol registration, and blob URLs expire outside the document that created them, so these profiles publish non-loadable avatars. Resolve them to hosted/data URLs or filter them like other unusable refs.

When a user selects Anthropic/OpenAI but relies on a credential already present in the app environment, this auto-inserts ANTHROPIC_API_KEY/OPENAI_COMPAT_API_KEY into envVars with an empty value. EnvVarsEditor emits rows with non-empty keys even if the value is blank, and managed-agent spawn writes saved user env vars last, so the empty value shadows the real credential and the created agent/model discovery can fail or fall back unexpectedly; keep the suggestion as a UI placeholder or drop empty auto-added values before submit.
