Add SubReels: AUV Extension

Adds the SubReels: AUV extension to the BlueOS Extensions Manager.

SubReels is an onboard video-recording and automated-dive-mission extension for hovering AUVs running BlueOS / ArduSub. It provides:

• An HTTP recording service for USB/IP cameras (H.264).
• A companion ArduPilot Lua script (HAUV.lua) for switch-triggered dive sequences (countdown → descent → hover → ascent → surface), with light/relay control and battery/depth safety aborts.
