Cus Bmad is not Claude-exclusive, it has to support everyone under AGENTS.md (and people's suggestion on adding a folder/directory update such that they are more efficient). Until everyone wants to get on board with "Claude Skills" as another standard along side MCP, it's hard to ask for this. |

The piece still missing is what this thread was really after: running these skills in Claude.ai itself (web app / Projects), where a lot of non-tech folks work. It wouldn't make BMAD Claude-exclusive: Agent Skills is an open standard (same The gap is small — Claude.ai runs uploaded skills in a container, so they almost work as-is. Each Agent could be its own Claude-Skill with its own tasks, templates, checklists, workflows, data.
So, instead of having a Gem or GPT, you could have each Bmad Agent as a Claude-Skill and Claude would automatically invoke or use them when needed, or you could do it manually whenever you like, directly in whatever claude chat session. This sounds like a big upgrade, combining the BMad Method with Claude's new capabilities
