Recreates closed dependabot PR #29 (bot wrongly declared it obsolete — lockfile still had @hono/node-server@1.19.9, below the GHSA-wc8c-qw6v-h7f6 fix floor 1.19.10): - @hono/node-server 1.19.9 -> 1.19.14 (serve-static auth bypass fix) - hono 4.11.10 -> 4.12.23 - express-rate-limit 8.2.1 -> 8.5.2 - rollup 4.57.1 -> 4.61.0 Lockfile-only; all four are transitive. Verified locally: typecheck, build, test smoke green.
