Add an example of using an external API endpoint to populate the values of a field dynamically

SUMMARY

Interactive Inputs has various advantages, such as its ability to be updated based on the output of other steps. With this in mind, we should create an example demonstrating this so that users can better understand (through visualisation) how they can achieve this in their flow.

Update the examples in the README to include this new example

• Update the README examples to add this flow of using an external API endpoint to populate a multiselect field dynamically.
