So you forked the regular meshcore repo without any adaption or explanation. Could you not just link the repo and add a manual how to use it with the badge, and make a note in the badge repo that it's possible to use meshcore?

I wanna get the variant upstream so you can just flash it from the MeshCore web flasher . .

So i have to compile this variant from source and flash it as a custom firmware? How? Do i have to change settings, flags, variables specific to the badge?
The badge looks and feels awesome but the whole process feels tedious and unwelcoming and the whole project just thrown into the room with a "git gud" attitude, like so many an open source project.
Please add some beginner friendly documentation. Please link the known working softwares/projects in the "projects" list on the splash page. Add a communications channel where people can talk about it. This thing is so much more than just a RAK radio chip. Make it inviting.
