Rows 18/22/36 were inherited from a prior triage pass that marked whole batches as row-level consumed=true while leaving some items open inside. This triggered two validator failures: validate-next-work-contract-parity.sh: aggregate/item lifecycle drift smoke-test: missing required consumed boolean field Fix: strip the batch-level consumed=true/claim_status=consumed that incorrectly implied full consumption, restore consumed=false and claim_status=available to match the actual item state. Individual item-level marks (consumed=true on the confirmed-stale items) are unchanged. Validators now: parity=pass, schema-rows=pass, smoke next-work=pass.
