feat(web): add ImageLightbox component and integrate with image rendering

Introduced a new ImageLightbox component for displaying images in a modal. Updated image rendering in MessageContent to open images in the lightbox on click. Bumped plugin version to 0.1.19 and added peer dependencies in package-lock.json.
