fix: use pre-built icns for macOS app icon with proper squircle + transparency
Replace asset catalog AppIcon with a standalone icns generated via iconutil. The asset catalog compiler only embedded partial sizes; the icns includes all 10 variants (16–512 @1x/@2x) with macOS-standard squircle mask and transparent background.
