No Chat/Broken Alerts

i logged in and was going to warp somewhere "witch was the crystal nucleus" and was wasn't teleporting me and there was also no chat message telling me that i had no pass, so as anyone would to i checked if i had a pass witch i did not so i was wondering. why no chat, started removing and re adding mods blah blah blah and i landed on "DSM" as the cause so turned on debug and the chat message setting and sure enough the messages where being set just invisible to me and did some more digging and foul out is was the custom alerts but only when you had the location thing set to anything but "Everywhere". Tho after some further testing it will only do it on occasion, and one other thing for some reason the alerts wont pick up on the word "COMPACT" but only when your on ragex.

• Seems its just the whole alert system in general

• It also seems it occurs the most after a game reboot
