Proposed Changes

This consistently enables direct editing for all elements but gateways (#748).

Note

Draft, because of the UX impact ("one more click") and validation pending.

Make the diagram more readable with a little more space.

As per our `label-required` rule start events should have labels. Let
us encourage them. If we feel like labels inside of sub-processes are
not required (as implemented in this PR) then it should be reflected
in the `label-required` rule.
