Why is this PR needed?

This PR announces the addition of the NMT macaque atlases to BrainGlobe and adds them to the website atlas documentation.

What does this PR do?

  • Adds a blog post for the NMT macaque atlases.
  • Adds ARM/CHARM visualisation images for the blog post.
  • Adds CHARM, SARM, and ARM entries to the atlas details page.
  • Adds CHARM, SARM, and ARM rows to the atlas table.

Local checks:

  • Local link sanity check for touched Markdown files

A full Sphinx build was not run locally because Sphinx is not installed in the current local Python environment.

Is this a breaking change?

No.

Does this PR require an update to the documentation?

Yes. This PR is itself a documentation/website update. It adds the NMT macaque atlases to the atlas table and atlas details page, and adds a new blog post.
