Data generation for hemispheres

Great project!

in the line "for me in range(0,39):" ( for the data generation for hemispheres) what does 39 represent? is it something fixed or do I have to adjust it depending on my MRI?

Hi, (0,39) means that there are 40slices of MRI images. Here I generate 40 samples from both left and right hemispheres. If one have more slices (samples), 39 has to be replaced by the number of slices. Thanks.
