Bump vulnerable direct and transitive dependencies to their patched
in-range versions via npm audit fix (non-breaking):
- form-data 4.0.5 -> 4.0.6
- undici 7.26.0 -> 7.28.0
- hono 4.12.23 -> 4.12.28
- vite 7.3.3 -> 7.3.6 (patches nested esbuild)
- esbuild 0.28.0 -> 0.28.1

Bump package version 1.2.22 -> 1.2.23.
