Update Test Case automation status

The Test Case work-item type has a property Microsoft.VSTS.TCM.AutomationStatus which can be used for reporting purposes to show how many Test Cases are automated.

The extension could include an optional parameter to update this field when publishing test results.

Although the Test API does not have a endpoint to update Test Cases, they are work-items that can be patched using the Work Items - Update endpoint.

This endpoint requires the vso.work_write permission, which is currently not included in the extensions requested permissions. When introduced users will need to re-authorize the extension before updates can be applied.
