What Changed

• Updated MAGE_X_GORELEASER_VERSION from v2.13.3 to v2.14.1 in .github/env/10-mage-x.env
• Updated actions/upload-artifact from v6.0.0 (commit b7c566a) to v7.0.0 (commit bbbca2d) in .github/workflows/scorecard.yml

Why It Was Necessary

• Upgrading GoReleaser ensures access to latest bug fixes, security patches, and feature improvements in the release tooling
• Updating the upload-artifact action to v7.0.0 maintains compatibility with current GitHub Actions infrastructure and provides improved artifact handling capabilities
• Keeping dependencies current reduces technical debt and ensures continued support from upstream maintainers

Testing Performed

• Verify that CI workflows execute successfully with the updated GoReleaser version
• Confirm that scorecard workflow completes without errors and artifacts are uploaded correctly with actions/upload-artifact@v7.0.0
• Validate that existing release processes continue to function as expected with the new tooling versions
