add new tableview downloading tag,
1st, Progress bar to indicator the percentage of the downloading process, and also label to show the size and percentage of the part of file downloaded also the total file.(but still need completion). And added Import/Export submenu allow users to zip/unzip all plugins to migrate to other Mac(not competed)
This reverts commit 71eb5f4.
initial file size counting, main function to be complete.

I tested the bar, if I did make the bar live, the app will crash somehow(and process stop from downloading plugins), so I have to stop the bar from actually change. (i-i). If someone could help me out. |

hi, I added new segment to manager downloading plugins, and also new progress indicator to count the downloading progress, plus import/export to help zip/unzip plugins to other Macs.
