Not working files from "releases"

I had downloaded the fresh "*tar.gz" archive from the "Releases" (the latest version), with contains only following fbinary files:

• sso-auth
• sso-proxy

without amy documentation, nor additional files.

While attempting any of them, it return errors. Not even the "-h" or "--help" work
