PGP key expired since 2023-10-09

New Eclipse installation, trying to install from
https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/github.bvfalcon/kotlin-eclipse/eclipse-releases/2024-06/
and Eclipse notifies me that the PGP key has

"Expired since 2023-01-09T10:00:00Z"

I see, some my colleagues have similar problems with signatures in eclipse.
After a small research created a bug report for bcpg.
