chore: update dependencies and scripts in package.json and Cargo files

- Updated npm dependencies to their latest minor versions.
- Added a new script for updating npm major versions.
- Updated Rust dependencies in Cargo.lock and Cargo.toml to their latest versions, including:
  - wasm-bindgen to 0.2.105
  - wit-bindgen-core, wit-bindgen-c, wit-bindgen-rust, wit-bindgen-csharp, wit-bindgen-moonbit to 0.48
  - wit-parser and wasmparser to 0.241
  - web-sys to 0.3.82
