Add support for UART-only-based USB-to-DMX interfaces.

Currently we only support one ENTTEC USB interface type (which is FTDI-based but needs some other magic to work). There are many other DMX-to-USB-Interfaces on the market, that are "just" simple UARTs - those are not support at the moment.
