Flesh out actual SSE parser

I didn't immediately see a non-async SSE parser crate that look well maintained. Apologies if I overlooked one. The [current parser](https://github.com/cablehead/nu_plugin_from_sse/blob/main/src/parser.rs) is proof-of-concept quality.
