Passed a raw Swift String directly to POSIX `fchmodat`, which can result in incorrect path resolution or memory issues due to the lack of guaranteed null-termination and memory stability during the C function call. Replaced it with `URL(fileURLWithPath:).withUnsafeFileSystemRepresentation`. Co-authored-by: acebytes <2820910+acebytes@users.noreply.github.com>
