💡 What: Refactored PredictiveEngine.detectHighGrowthProcesses(from:) into a boolean check isHighGrowthProcess(_:) and updated RecommendationEngine.generateRecommendations to use a for ... where loop instead of iterating over an eagerly evaluated intermediate array.
🎯 Why: To prevent the allocation of an intermediate array, avoiding memory churn and processing overhead during frequent process evaluation.
📊 Impact: Avoids allocating a new intermediate array for the entire process list (~400-600 processes typically) every time recommendations are generated, reducing memory churn overhead.
🔬 Measurement: Run the app and observe reduced memory allocations during background generation of process recommendations.

Refactored `PredictiveEngine.detectHighGrowthProcesses(from:)` into a boolean check `isHighGrowthProcess(_:)` and updated `RecommendationEngine.generateRecommendations` to use a `for ... where` loop. This avoids intermediate array allocations and reduces memory churn when evaluating large process lists.

P1 Badge Keep the removed high-growth API or update tests

Replacing detectHighGrowthProcesses(from:) removes the only symbol that CacheoutTests still compiles against; Tests/CacheoutTests/PredictiveEngineTests.swift has multiple calls to await engine.detectHighGrowthProcesses(from:), and Package.swift includes that directory as the CacheoutTests target. As committed, any test build that includes this target fails before running, so either retain a compatibility wrapper or update those tests to use isHighGrowthProcess(_:).
